When I need something sweet quickly, I almost always make these delicious chocolate muffins. I have the batter ready in 5 minutes, then I just need to pour it into the muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes and that’s it – DONE! These delicious muffins are great on their own, but also taste great with cream. To get fluffier muffins, it’s important not to overmix the batter.
