Mushroom, Lemon and Rosemary No-Stir Farro Risotto – Something New For Dinner (

No-stir farro risotto, with its nutty flavor and chewy texture is a healthy and delicious and healthy alternative to traditional white rice risotto. 

Unlike traditional risotto, this farro risotto does not need to be continually stirred. In fact, you can cook the farro as well as the mushroom and onion mixture in advance and then combine them with parmesan cheese and some of the water you cooked the farro in right before serving.

This dish is just the thing for a cold winter evening.
